Norton subscriptions must be allowed to expire before extending their subscription – these licenses do not renew. After expiration, organizations should immediately extend their subscription with a Norton Redemption Link from TechSoup. Don’t worry, this process shouldn't interrupt your Norton experience.
Here’s what the process looks like:

Within three business days of your expiration date place a new request for the same Norton for Nonprofits offer on TechSoup.
- Once your request is fulfilled – processing requests can take up to three business days from when payment is received – TechSoup will send you a Norton Redemption Link in a fulfillment email. Fulfillment emails can also be accessed in your TechSoup account: select “Fulfillment Emails”.

After your Norton subscription expires, immediately select your Norton Redemption Link and use your existing Norton account email address to activate your license on Norton’s website.
- Note: You will not be able to extend your Norton subscription until the current subscription term has expired.
