At your renewal date, TechSoup will attempt to charge your account for your cloud subscriptions. If no valid payment method is included within TechSoup Cloud Manager, you will be notified via email regarding your lack of payment. You will have 72 hours to either resolve the payment issue or add new payment within your Cloud Manager account.

Canceled Subscriptions
After 72 hours without payment, your organization’s Microsoft Cloud subscriptions that were requested through TechSoup will be automatically canceled. We are unable to reactivate a canceled subscription and you will have to purchase the plan again through your Cloud Manager account.
