Microsoft allows refunds within 30 days of fulfillment, so long as the licenses haven't been activated. Check your fulfillment date in your Request History: Update the date range or enter the request number to locate the details for a specific request.
If eligible for a refund, the entire Microsoft portion of the request must be canceled. For example, if you requested 10 of Office Standard (Discounted) – No Software Assurance, you would be required to return all 10 licenses; the system only allows us to cancel all or none.
