Changes to the Adobe for Nonprofit Program
Beginning November 2024, Adobe split their nonprofit program, so some offers are still available through TechSoup and other offers are now available through Adobe:
Access Adobe for Nonprofits through Adobe
Adobe offers some nonprofit discounts directly on their website. TechSoup does not supporting this program, all validations and eligibility determinations are completed by their validation partner, Goodstack.
TechSoup is unable to assist our members with accessing the Adobe for Nonprofit offers available on Adobe's website, including validation and eligibility. Members will need to contact:
- Adobe Support for assistance accessing nonprofit offers on their new nonprofit landing page.
- To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant, you will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.
- Goodstack Support for validation and eligibility concerns and issues.
- If you are unable to connect with Goodstack Support, contact Adobe Support instead.
Access Adobe for Nonprofits through TechSoup
Adobe offers some nonprofit discounts on TechSoup's website. Organizations will need to join TechSoup and complete the TechSoup qualification process to confirm eligibility for this and other nonprofit programs available through TechSoup.
