Acrobat Pro 2020 No Longer Available

In April 2025, Adobe discontinued offering Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Mac offers were discontinued.

• Adobe will continue to support Acrobat Pro 2020 licenses until November 30, 2025.
   
• Acrobat licenses acquired after Sept 27, 2024, will have no expiration date.  In your TechSoup account, confirm when you requested your Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and when your expiration date is.
   
  • Request History:  Log into your TechSoup account and click on the person icon on the top right corner of the page (near the search and shopping cart icons). Click on the “Your Account” button. Click on the "Request History" tab
  • Fulfillment Emails: If there is an expiration date, it will be listed in the fulfillment email you received from TechSoup, under the serial number.
