What is the difference between "eligible", "qualified", and "validated"?

"Validated" or "Qualified"

Your organization is considered validated, also referred to as "qualified", when TechSoup has verified your organization's information and nonprofit status.

"Eligible"

While an organization's nonprofit status is validated by TechSoup, this does not mean they are eligible for every nonprofit program TechSoup supports and facilitates in our catalog and validation tokens.

Eligibility for offers is determined by the provider per their philanthropic goals and may vary according to organization information such as size, budget, location, or mission. Being ineligible for an offer is not a comment on an organization’s mission or services.
