Organizations can request donations if they are registered, validated, and eligible.
To participate in the TechSoup donation program, nonprofit organizations must register with TechSoup. Once your organization is registered, TechSoup will validate that your organization can receive donations.
To be validated by TechSoup, your organization must:
- Be registered as a nonprofit or religious organization with the relevant government authorities;
- Operate on a nonprofit basis for the public benefit; and
- Where applicable, hold all necessary permissions to receive donations from abroad.
Lastly, your organization must meet the eligibility requirements of the donor partners offering products and services through TechSoup. Eligibility for offers is determined by the provider/donor partner per their philanthropic goals. This may vary according to your organization’s size, budget, location, or mission. Being ineligible for an offer is not a comment on your organization’s mission or services.
