TechSoup periodically revalidates our existing member organizations to keep our records accurate and current.
To get revalidated:
- Log in to your TechSoup account and check if the following organizational details you provided during registration are still accurate:
- Organization Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Organization Address
- Mission and Key Activities
- Contact customer service and confirm that the organization details you provided during registration are accurate.
- If you need to change your organization's name, mailing address, budget, or other information, please include the information/documents that are listed below in your email:
- Your organization's registered name (old)
- Your organization's new name (if applicable)
- Your organization's legal identifier, such as its tax identification number or charity identification number
- List of changes to your organization's information that you want to request
- Documents showing the need for the change in information such as a certificate of registration or incorporation, inclusion in an official government registry or database, and/or a copy of your amended organization’s governing documents, financial reports, etc.
