My organization's status has expired. How do I get revalidated?

TechSoup periodically revalidates our existing member organizations to keep our records accurate and current.

To get revalidated:

1. Log in to your TechSoup account and check if the following organizational details you provided during registration are still accurate:
   1. Organization Name
   2. Email Address
   3. Phone Number
   4. Organization Address
   5. Mission and Key Activities
2. Contact customer service and confirm that the organization details you provided during registration are accurate.
3. If you need to change your organization's name, mailing address, budget, or other information, please include the information/documents that are listed below in your email:
   1. Your organization's registered name (old)
   2. Your organization's new name (if applicable)
   3. Your organization's legal identifier, such as its tax identification number or charity identification number
   4. List of changes to your organization's information that you want to request
   5. Documents showing the need for the change in information such as a certificate of registration or incorporation, inclusion in an official government registry or database, and/or a copy of your amended organization’s governing documents, financial reports, etc.
