Your login email address may be different from the organization's email address. The organization email is a separate contact TechSoup uses to send fulfillment information, renewal reminders, billing notifications, etc.
If you forgot your account password, follow these steps:
- Go to the TechSoup website and click on the "Log in" button located at the top right corner of the page.
- On the login page, click "Forgot your password?". This will take you to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address associated with your TechSoup account and click on the "Reset password" button.
- Check your email inbox for a message from TechSoup. It should contain a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click on the password reset link provided in the email. This will take you to a page where you can enter a new password.
- Choose a strong and secure password. Make sure it includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable passwords.
- Enter your new password in the designated fields and click on the "Reset password" or "Save changes" button.
- Once you've successfully reset your password, you should be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and newly created password to log in to your TechSoup account.
