What if someone else has already added my organization to their TechSoup account?
If you know the account’s username and have access to the email address on the account, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
If you do not know the username and do not have access to the email on the account, please contact customer service and provide us with your full name and email address so that we can update your account on your behalf.
We may ask for additional information or documentation to verify that you are authorized to transact on the organization’s behalf.
