You can request offers if:
- Your organization has registered with TechSoup, and
- TechSoup has confirmed your organization's nonprofit status and meets the eligibility criteria for at least one of our donor partners.
Requesting Offers From TechSoup
- Look for the products you wish to order by visiting the catalog.
- Once you have decided which offer to request, click Add to Cart (or Log in if you are not yet logged into your TechSoup account). TechSoup will automatically check if your organization meets the eligibility requirements for the products in your cart.
- View your cart, or check out, by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen. We recommend thoroughly reviewing an offer description, service details, and eligibility rules before checking out since most programs have strict refunds or exchanges policies.
- Next, click Check Out and follow the prompts to complete the ordering and payment process.
- You will know your order is in our system when you reach a page that gives your Order Confirmation Number. A copy of the invoice will be sent to your organization's registered email address.
Access to Discounted Rates
When a product name includes Access to Discounted Rates, this means that you are requesting discounted rates for certain products or services. After you place your request and pay any administrative fees to TechSoup, you will also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in the offer details.
