When organization's join TechSoup a validation (aka qualification) review is completed; typically within 2 business days. During the review TechSoup confirms an organization's tax-exempt status, mission, activities, and other details. TechSoup also periodically conduct eligibility reviews to ensure your organization's details are up-to-date. Eligibility determinations might be subject to review by TechSoup auditors or as a result of a customer appeal. All reviews prompted by customer appeals are final.
TechSoup's corporate partners' set the eligibility requirements and restrictions for their nonprofit programs and offers. While it is not common, it is at our corporate partners' discretion if they want to update their eligibility requirements and restrictions in the future. These updates may result in organizations becoming eligible or ineligible for nonprofit programs and offers.
