How to Confirm Your GrantStation Expiration Date
Log in to your GrantStation account to confirm when your membership is set to expire. Unable to login? Retrieve your GrantStation account password or contact GrantStation for account support.
How to Renew GrantStation through TechSoup
Request the regular or promotional GrantStation, 1-Year Membership offer on TechSoup to add an additional year to an existing GrantStation membership.
Important Details
- Your organization is not required to have requested GrantStation through TechSoup in the past to be able to use the GrantStation, 1-Year Membership offer to renew.
- You can renew only one membership per request.
- Memberships obtained as a benefit of GrantStation’s Membership Value Program or Premium Licensing Program are not eligible to use the TechSoup offer to renew.
- After requesting the GrantStation, 1-Year Membership offer on TechSoup, GrantStation will provide renewal support.
Renewal Process
Once you’ve requested the GrantStation offer on TechSoup, and it is fulfilled,
- Upcoming Renewal: GrantStation will extend your membership by one year when your next GrantStation renewal is due.
- Membership Expired: within 10 days GrantStation will reactivate your membership for one year.
Notifications
Both the TechSoup fulfillment email and GrantStation’s confirmation email are sent to the organization email address that was listed in your organization details at the time of check out.
In your TechSoup account, click on the organization name to view and edit its details.
