How to Access the JourneyEd.com Catalog

1. Review JourneyEd.com for Nonprofits’ program eligibility and restrictions and check your organization’s eligibility.
    
2. Request the JourneyEd.com Technology Products for Nonprofits and Libraries – Access to Discounted Rates offer on TechSoup.
   • When a product name includes "Access to Discounted Rates," the offer consists of specially discounted rates for products or services. This means that after you place your request and pay any administrative fees to TechSoup, you'll also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in each product description. These rates are available only to eligible nonprofits and libraries through TechSoup.
      
3. Use the special link and instructions provided in your TechSoup fulfillment email to access the JourneyEd.com Catalog for Nonprofits and Libraries and check out with a product.
   • Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.
   • The cobranded store page should have both the JourneyEd.com and TechSoup logos at the top. If you don't see the TechSoup logo, clear your browser's cache and try the link again.

Maintaining Access

Unable to Access the JourneyEd.com Catalog

1. Check your Request History in your TechSoup account to confirm your organization requested the JourneyEd.com offer in the past.
   • Update the date range on the Request History page to view the entire history.

2. Locate the Fulfillment Email in your TechSoup account and follow the access instructions.
   1. Note the contact information TechSoup provided to HP Inc..  The “Contact email”, which is the same as the organization email on file with TechSoup, will need to be used to register.
       
3. Contact JourneyEd.com at (800) 876-3507, option 2, and let them know you requested access to JourneyEd.com through TechSoup.
    
4. Contact TechSoup Customer Service if JourneyEd.com is unable to assist you.
