What is a Granular Admin Relationship and why was it removed?

Granular (previously delegated) administrative privileges provide us the ability to be an administrator on your organization's Microsoft 365 account. For your own safety and privacy, we remove this privilege unless your organization needs something specific for us to help or manage within your account. Your own administrative rights have not been impacted.

We are still your provider and can provide and distribute your licenses to you. We just make sure only your team has administrative rights.

Some users may receive an email from Microsoft stating, "Your Granular Admin Relationship with TechSoup Global Expires Soon." This email can be safely ignored and will not have any impact to your licenses.

If TechSoup needs administrative privileges for your account in the future, we will reach out to your organization to enable it.
