In TechSoup Cloud Manager, you can see your organization’s Microsoft cloud subscription history including active, canceled, suspended, and trial subscriptions.

1. Log in to TechSoup Cloud Manager (cloud.techsoup.org).
   • Cloud Manager uses a country‑specific web address. Replace the first part of the URL with your country’s 2‑letter code: https://countrycode.cloud.techsoup.org 
2. Choose Subscriptions in the icon menu on the left.
3. Scroll down to view your subscriptions.

Add or Reduce Your Licenses

Select the three-dot icon to the right of the subscription name to add or reduce the number of licenses, or cancel the entire subscription.

You may only add, reduce or cancel subscriptions within 3 calendar days of your renewal or purchase date.

If you miss this window, you will need to wait until your next renewal date to make the desired changes.
