How do I view and print invoices for my Microsoft cloud subscriptions?

View and print your organization's Microsoft cloud product invoices on TechSoup Cloud Manager, as well as view your payment history.

Viewing and Printing Invoices on TechSoup Cloud Manager

1. Login to Cloud Manager for your country:

   • Cloud Manager uses a country‑specific web address. Replace the first part of the URL with your country’s 2‑letter code: https://country code.cloud.techsoup.org 

2. Select Invoices in the icon menu on the left to see your organization’s invoices, account balance, and available credit.
3. To see your entire invoice history, select View All Invoices.
4. Click the printer icon to print the page. You can also press Ctrl+P on a Windows keyboard or Command+P on a Mac keyboard.

Your organization will receive cloud subscription invoices at the email address listed as your organization’s contact in your account on Cloud Manager.
