Zoom for Nonprofits Discontinued

In of May 2025, TechSoup and Zoom ended their partnership.  Nonprofit organization now work directly with Zoom Cares and their validation partner, Goodstack, to access the nonprofit discounts for select Zoom products.

Previously Received Zoom Discount through TechSoup

Existing Zoom customers will need to re-validate their nonprofit status and eligibility for the discount before their contract is set to expire to avoid disruption to service.  

Your qualified status with TechSoup will not affect your validation status with Zoom.

Zoom Cares Support

All validation and eligibility support is provided by Zoom Cares and their validation partner, Goodstack.

TechSoup is unable to assist our members with accessing Zoom Cares, organizations must contact Zoom Support or Goodstack Support for assistance.
