Overview

As of September 2025, Adobe discontinued offering Adobe Express through TechSoup. Organizations will now be required to sign up directly with Adobe to access the nonprofit offer.

Eligibility

Your qualified status with TechSoup will not apply to your validation for the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer; Adobe will require organizations complete a separate validation.  All eligibility questions related to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer should be directed to Adobe or their validation partner.

Support

For assistance getting started on Adobe's website, questions about your eligibility, and ordering Adobe Express, nonprofits must contact Adobe Support.  TechSoup is unable to provide support for accessing this nonprofit offer.

To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant click the message icon in the bottom right corner. You will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.
