What is the Arreva Program?
For over 20 years, Arreva Software has been helping nonprofits spend more time building donor relationships and maximizing their fundraising efforts. Eligibility

Ordering
How many products can I request?
Each qualifying organization may request a single donation within a fiscal year (1st July – 30th June). For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.
Processing
How soon will we receive the donation?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 21 days. A CD-ROM will be sent from our fulfillment center to the registered organization's shipping address.
Support
What should I do if I require support?
Arreva does not provide free technical support for its discounted product but will provide technical support packages at a special price for TechSoup Canada customers.
License Renewals
What should I do if I need to renew my licenses?
Your renewal is not required. The licenses are yours to use in perpetuity.
Refunds & Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order?
If the product has not been opened, in most cases we can make an exchange or can refund the administrative fee.
Please e-mail us at customerservice@techsoupcanada.ca with “Order Return Request” as the subject line, and include the following information in the text of your e-mail:
* Organization Name
* Registered Charity Number
* Order Confirmation Number
* Reason for return.
