Troubleshooting

Use the same Troubleshooting Website Issues instructions for the Norton website to ensure the issue is not related to your browser or device.

Extending (Renewing) Your Subscription

Norton subscriptions must be allowed to expire — they do not renew. 

After expiration, immediately extend your subscription with a new TechSoup request and activation — don’t worry, this won’t interrupt your Norton experience.
