Zoom Cares: Eligibility and Validation Support

In May 2025, TechSoup and Zoom ended their partnership.  Nonprofit organization now work directly with Zoom Cares and their validation partner, Goodstack, to access the nonprofit discounts for select Zoom products.

All validation and eligibility support is provided by Zoom Cares and their validation partner, Goodstack.

TechSoup is unable to assist our members with accessing Zoom Cares, organizations must contact Zoom Support or Goodstack Support for assistance.
