There are two types of subscription renewal processes for offers requested through TechSoup. The renewal method depends on the donor partner.
 

1. Renewals Managed Directly by the Donor

With these offers:

• The initial subscription is requested through TechSoup.

• All subsequent renewals are managed directly through the donor’s platform.

• Organizations do not need to return to TechSoup to renew.

• Subscriptions typically automatically renew at the discounted rate as long as your billing details are correct.

Examples of products with automatic renewals through the donor:

• Adobe Creative Cloud

• Asana

• Foxit

2. Renewals That Require Reordering from TechSoup

With these offers:

• The initial subscription is requested through TechSoup.

• To renew, your organization must request the offer again through TechSoup.

• After you have placed your order and payment has been received, you will receive a fulfillment email with instructions on how to renew or extend your subscription.
   

Examples of products that require reordering from TechSoup:

• Norton 

• Autodesk

• Dashlane

• Tableau

Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions

Microsoft Cloud subscriptions obtained through TechSoup will automatically renew as long as your payment information on file is valid and you have auto renewals turned on. You can view and manage your Microsoft Cloud subscriptions within your Cloud Manager account.
