TeamViewer No Longer Available

What are the key dates?

• December 2, 2025 : Last day to request licenses through the TechSoup catalog. 

• December 17, 2025 : Last day to redeem the coupon codes on the TeamViewer website. 
   

If I haven't redeemed my discount code on time, what will happen?

On December 18th, TeamViewer canceled all unused coupon codes. Any unused codes can no longer be applied to your TeamViewer subscription.

If you successfully applied the coupon code before this date, you will continue to receive the donated or discounted rate until your expiration date.
 

If I have an active TeamViewer donated license, what will happen to it?

If your nonprofit currently has, or requested this offer by December 2, 2025,:

TeamViewer will keep the 100% discount until the renewal date of your current subscription. We recommend deactivating automatic renewal to prevent unwanted charges at your renewal. 

Before your subscription expires, we also recommend contacting TeamViewer to see if they can offer any discounts, using a new contract. 

If TeamViewer’s customer support team decides to offer a discount to your nonprofit, it will be under a new independent contract negotiated individually. 

If I have an active TeamViewer discounted license, what will happen to it?

Your TeamViewer account will keep the 60% discount until the renewal date of your current subscription. 

Before your renewal date, we recommend contacting TeamViewer to see if they can offer any discounts, using a new contract. 

We also recommend deactivating automatic renewal to prevent unwanted charges.
