Delivery Timing
Delivery time frames are subject to Cisco’s current lead times.
License-Only Requests
License emails will generally be delivered within two business days of TechSoup processing and fulfilling your request.
Hardware-Only Requests
Hardware will generally be shipped within three weeks of TechSoup fulfilling your request.
Hardware and License Requests
Cisco may not send your licenses until they have shipped the hardware portion of your request.
Email Notifications
Please note, in your TechSoup account, the organization email address TechSoup has on file may be different then the email address used to log into TechSoup. Learn how to confirm and edit your organization's details on TechSoup.
Fulfillment Email
Once TechSoup processes and fulfills your request you will receive a fulfillment email with information about accessing your license and/or hardware.
Fulfillment instructions are emailed to your organization’s email address, as seen in your organization’s details in your TechSoup account. You can also access your Fulfillment Emails in your account. Learn how to ensure you receive emails from TechSoup.
Tracking Information
Once Cisco is ready to ship your product, Cisco will send your tracking information to the organization email address listed within your TechSoup account.
Shipping and Delivery Support
If your TechSoup request was fulfilled over three weeks ago, or you need a specific delivery expectation confirmed before placing an order, contact ciscoteam@techsoup.org, and include:
- In the email header: “Cisco Meraki Shipping Support - Organization Name”.
- TechSoup Request Number (if available).
- Description of the shipping or delivery support you require.
