Troubleshooting
- 1. To avoid typos, try both copying/pasting and typing the coupon code into the Coupon Code field. Make sure to avoid extra spaces at the beginning and end of the coupon code too.

Overview
If you received your coupon code from Zoom, you will need to contact them for support. Submit a Zoom Support ticket.
If you received your coupon code from TechSoup, and the troubleshooting below doesn't resolve your issue, contact TechSoup Customer Service. If possible, include a screenshot of the error you are seeing in on Zoom's website.
Troubleshooting
1. To avoid typos, try both copying/pasting and typing the coupon code into the Coupon Code field. Make sure to avoid extra spaces at the beginning and end of the coupon code too.
Typos are the most common cause for issues applying your coupon code.
2. Did you select Annual billing?
The Zoom coupon code received from TechSoup can only be applied to Annual billing.
3. In the past, have you tried to check out with the Zoom coupon code applied, but did not complete the process, and are now attempting to apply the code at checkout again?
A coupon code can be sometimes be invalidated by adding it to the Zoom shopping cart and then exiting check-out on Zoom's website.
4. Have you already set up a discounted Zoom account and are now trying to add additional licenses or purchase an add-on plan?
Licenses
Once your coupon code is applied to your Zoom account you can add licenses at any time and they will be automatically discounted. In this process, it might appear that they are being charged retail rates; however, their 50 percent discount will still apply.

Members should also keep in mind the Zoom Workplace Pro Plan only allows up to 9 licenses per subscription. Zoom Workplace Business Plan requires a minimum of 10 licenses and allows a maximum of 99 licenses in total per subscription.
Add-On Plans
You can only access the 50 percent discount for Large Meetings or Zoom Webinars options or plans when the Zoom coupon code you received from TechSoup is applied at the start of your subscription year.
If you purchase the additional Large Meetings or Zoom Webinars options or plans during the year of your subscription, you will be charged retail rates until you apply a new coupon code and renew your subscription.

5. Are you trying to apply the coupon code to an existing, retail Zoom subscription?
If you already have a paid Zoom subscription that was not obtained through TechSoup, you won't be able to receive the 50 percent discount until your subscription is up for renewal. Learn how to renew your discounted rate for Zoom Workplace.
Acquired your retail account through Zoom Sales? Contact Zoom Sales to see if you are eligible to apply the coupon code or if you need to go through their sales team.
6. Does the error message state the coupon code has expired?
If you received your coupon code from Zoom, you will need to contact them for support. Submit a Zoom Support ticket.
If you received your coupon code from TechSoup, contact TechSoup Customer Service. If possible, include a screenshot of the error you are seeing in on Zoom's website.
