I used to renew my discounted rate through TechSoup, now what do I do?

On May 1, 2025 Zoom discontinued their nonprofit program that was previously available on TechSoup.

Moving forward, nonprofit organizations will renew the discounted rate directly through Zoom.  Zoom will provide eligible organizations with new coupon codes, after validating their nonprofit status and eligibility.  Organizations that previously received the discounted rate through TechSoup will need to complete the validation process with Zoom again.

Have questions about these changes or experiencing issues with a coupon code you received from Zoom?  Submit a Zoom Support ticket. 

Note: Existing Zoom customers will need to re-validate their nonprofit status and eligibility for the discount before their contract is set to expire to avoid disruption to service.
