Organizations based within the United States (U.S.) that conduct operations outside of the U.S. are required to agree to the following guidelines when requesting offers on TechSoup U.S. (www.techsoup.org):
Branches or offices incorporated as nonprofit organizations outside the U.S. must request offers from the TechSoup Global Network partner that administers programs for their country. Visit www.techsoup.global to find TechSoup in the country where your branch or office is incorporated.
- Organizations with U.S. staff traveling to branches or offices outside of the U.S. for limited periods of time may use devices upon which a donated or discounted offer is installed. However, they may not transfer the offer to the non-U.S. branch or office for full-time use.
- Donated and discounted offers may not be used in or exported to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, the Crimea Region, or to any country subject to relevant embargo or sanction — including while traveling through them — under any circumstances. Offers may not be exported to any entity or person for which an export license is required per any relevant restricted party list.
- Organizations must agree to comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all relevant laws, including U.S. laws and the laws of any country to which TechSoup products and services are distributed. TechSoup is not responsible for enforcement of any regulations or laws.
Providers might not make their offers available in every country. We hope to have all offers available in every country someday and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Find TechSoup in the country where you have a branch or office to see what offers are available to you.
