What if someone else has already added my organization to their TechSoup account?

If you know your organization is already on TechSoup, that's great! It’s likely we've already validated your organization. You will need your organization's association code to successfully add your organization to your TechSoup account. Representatives of your organization who have TechSoup accounts will be able to retrieve the association code for you. It can be found within the organization's details in their TechSoup account.
