Which programs are tied to the fiscal year beginning July 1?

Many providers only allow organizations to receive a fixed quantity of offers between July 1 and June 30 of each year. On July 1, organizations become eligible again to place requests for these offers. Here is a list of providers that use fiscal year limits.
