I need help accessing the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 1-Year Individual Membership – External Offer, can TechSoup help me?

On November 21, 2024, Adobe updated their Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 1-Year Individual Membership – Access to Discounted Rates offer to an external offer.

Organizations will now sign up directly with Adobe, instead of paying TechSoup an admin fee to access the discount rate.

If you have applied with Adobe already and need support with your eligibility contact Adobe.  To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant click the message icon in the bottom right corner. You will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.
