To update your shipping address for requests that have already been fulfilled by TechSoup, submit a RHW Warranty Support Form.
TechSoup's RHW partner is the company shipping your hardware, not TechSoup, so they will need to support any changes to your shipping address.

Within two business days TechSoup's RHW partner will reach out to assist you with updating your shipping address or provide support for your hardware issues.
