Email Confirmation Required
For your security, when joining TechSoup or after updating your login email address for your TechSoup member account, you will be required to confirm your email address. If your email address is not confirmed you will experience issues navigating the TechSoup website when logged in.
Process
After you join TechSoup as a member or update your login email in your Member Details, you will receive an email from no-reply@techsoup.org, titled “Email Confirmation Required,” - Be sure to check your spam folders.
This automated email contains a link to confirm your ownership of the email address and activate your member account.
Do not send communications to no-reply@techsoup.org, it is not monitored and you will not receive a response.
Login Email Address vs. Organization Email Address
Your login email address is tied to your member account and must be confirmed when registered or updated.
Your organization email address is the the main contact for the organization, it is not used to login and so does not need to be confirmed.

Issues with the Email Confirmation Link
No Hyperlink in Email
Sometimes the hyperlink within the confirmation email will only show up as text. Please enable HTML within your email's settings.
Gmail
Gmail groups email threads together in what they call 'conversations.' Sometimes this grouping can cause issues if you have received the confirmation email more then once. When the emails are grouped into a 'conversation' the Gmail site sees those confirmation emails as identical, not recognizing there is a variation with the email confirmation links. Since the first, original email with the original confirmation link is always displayed within the 'conversation,' you will need to turn off this feature to access the most recent email confirmation link.
