For organizations who have an active discounted rate for Zoom Workplace through TechSoup, each year they will be required to reconfirm their eligibility for the discounted rate with TechSoup and then renew their subscription through Zoom.

To renew eligibility, organizations will not checked out with the Zoom Workplace, 1-Year Subscription – Access to Discounted Rates offer.  Instead, they will have a renewal request automatically added to their TechSoup account.

New Coupon Code

Once your eligibility renewal is processed by TechSoup, you will receive a fulfillment email from fulfillment@techsoup[.org] with a new Zoom coupon code to add to your Coupons box in your Zoom account. 

Do not reply or send emails to fulfillment@techsoup[.org]. The inbox is not monitored, you will not receive a response

Fulfillment emails are sent to the organization email listed in the Organization Details of your TechSoup account: click the organization's name to view and update it's details.  Please note, your organization’s email address may be different from the email address you use to log in.

Fulfillment Emails are also stored in your TechSoup account. Access your fulfillment emails by clicking the icon shaped like a person in the top right corner of your screen, choosing "Your Account", and then "Fulfillment Emails."

Renewing Your Subscription with Zoom

Please note, the subscription renewal process changed in December 2023.

You must follow these steps on a computer, not a mobile device to renew your Zoom subscription.

1. Log in to Zoom and go to https://zoom.us/billing.
2. In the Coupons box, click Manage.
3. In the Coupon Code field under Add a Coupon, enter your coupon code and click Add.
   Review the information in the "Compare your discount to proceed" pop-up. Then, click Proceed.

Information about your Current Coupon Discount and New Coupon Discount will be displayed side by side. If you purchased any options or plans that are eligible for the discount, those options or plans should be displayed under New Coupon Discount at the discounted rate.

Once successfully applied, your new coupon will display in the Coupon Details section of the Coupons box with a Pending status. If you cancel the pending coupon before it becomes active, you may reuse the coupon code.

Zoom Billing Support

Contact Zoom’s Billing Support if you have trouble applying your coupon code when renewing or are charged the full retail price for your subscription.  They should be able to help you apply your coupon code, even if you have missed the renewal date.

You will be asked to provide your Zoom account information and the most recent Zoom coupon code, found in your TechSoup fulfillment email.
