Learn renew your subscription or discounted rate through TechSoup.
Add or edit payment for your pending renewal in your Request History: Click the icon shaped like a person in the top right corner of your screen and choose Your Account, then Request History.
Finding Your Renewal
In your Request History find and select the request number or Add Payment.
Your pending renewal may already be listed.
If your renewal is not listed, find it by Updating the date range (update to the year 2000 to ensure you are see all of your open requests) or entering the request number (found in the renewal reminder sent to your organization email).
Adding or Editing Payment
Under Payment Options add or edit your saved payment information. Some subscriptions, like QuickBooks Online, do not offer Mail a Check as an option; you are required to save payment.
Saving Your Payment Information
Please note, some subscriptions, like QuickBooks Online, require you to save payment.
When paying by credit / debit card or electronic check (ACH), we recommend saving your payment information for future renewals.
Saving your payment information will ensure the next subscription or eligibility renewal for your offer will automatically process on the due date.
Under Subscription or Membership Renewal, select Credit card or Electronic check as your payment method, then select Pay automatically.
