How does billing, renewal, and cancellation work for domain names? 

Domain registration through TechSoup lasts a year from the date of purchase and is renewed automatically unless canceled.  After the first year, domain names cost $13.89 per year, or $16.89 with privacy protection.

To cancel your order, email us at services@techsoup.org.  In your email, include the name of your organization, TIN, the domain name that you wish to cancel, and your reason for canceling. Requests received after three business days are not eligible for a refund.
