At your renewal date, TechSoup will attempt to charge your account for your cloud subscriptions. If no valid payment method is included within TechSoup Cloud Manager, you will be notified via email regarding your lack of payment.
Suspended Subscriptions
After three days without payment, your organization’s Microsoft Cloud subscriptions that were requested through TechSoup will be suspended, and your end users will be blocked from accessing Office applications, email, and so on.
To restore your subscription after suspension, first add payment to your Cloud Manager account and then contact us through either our live chat support or by submitting a ticket. We will then run your new payment method and restore your subscription.

After 90 days without payment, your subscription will be automatically canceled by Microsoft. At this point, TechSoup will no longer be able to restore your subscription and you will instead have to a request a new plan through your Cloud Manager account.
