On May 1, 2025, Zoom discontinued their nonprofit program that was previously available on TechSoup.
In the past, TechSoup members accessed and renewed the discounted rate for Zoom subscriptions by applying a coupon code they received from TechSoup in their Zoom account.
Moving forward, nonprofit organizations will access and renew the discounted rate directly through Zoom. Learn more about this process in the Zoom support article, Subscribing to Zoom as a nonprofit organization.

Savings on Zoom Webinars and Large Meetings
Zoom Webinars (up to 3,000 seats) and Large Meetings (up to 1,000 seats) are also available at a 50% discount as part of the Zoom Workplace, 1-Year Subscription – Access to Discounted Rates offer.
The discount can only be accessed when a coupon code is being applied to a new subscription or a renewal. When you enter the coupon code from your TechSoup fulfillment email add the Zoom Webinars and/or Large Meetings to ensure you are not charged the full retail rate.
Renewing Your Discounted Subscription
Existing Zoom customers will need to re-validate their nonprofit status and eligibility for the discount before their contract is set to expire to avoid disruption to service. Your qualified status with TechSoup will not affect your validation status with Zoom.
