You may notice that the prices for some Microsoft Cloud licenses available through TechSoup Canada are different from the prices available directly from Microsoft. That’s because licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Basic available through TechSoup Canada include a service fee. This service fee allows us to continue supporting nonprofits through customized consultations, educational content and tech capacity building for the entire nonprofit sector.
You can still get Microsoft cloud licenses without the service fee if you order licenses directly through your Microsoft nonprofit portal. But TechSoup Canada cannot provide support for licenses ordered directly from Microsoft or another reseller.
What’s included in TechSoup Canada’s cloud support services?
